He started his career with Naveen Projects Ltd as Design Engineer (July 1994 – August 1996) & rose on to be a Purchase Vendor Development Manager at Escorts JCB (September 1996 – August 1998). He Joined MVN Group in September 1998. In 2007 he gave a slight change to his career path from Education to Animated Education & other fields where animation is used to showcase best of project output. His passion for technology is worth mentioning as he chose to change his field to the one he believed in at the peak point of his career. Since then he has been working as General Manager and is successfully handling the progress of the organization with a team of animation specialists working with him. She joined A3D as Manager HR in 2007 & is responsible for designing and implementing technology interventions for resource allocation.
